Purpose
Faeton Print is a printing company working under the advertisement agency Orion Express LLC. Their main advantage is printing the small and medium orders of stickers. Work printed from the Faeton press can be found around Ukraine and abroad. The main task of the website is to get an online presence and attract new customers from Ukraine and the former USSR countries. The contacts of the manager at the bottom of the website are the most important since the pricing of the job is directly tailored towards each individual client
Process
I worked with the teammate on this landing page. The project started with studying the competitors on the market. The exemplars were the Kyiv-based advertising firms that offered in-house printing of flexo and small souvenirs. At the same time, these exemplars showed that the longer the page is, the less attention span a potential customer will have. Next up, we went with the client to shoot all samples on a studio and later color-adjusted the results.
Competitor Analysis
Our team looked mostly at the websites made by either the direct competitors in Kyiv or by the large typographic foundries in the other major cities of Ukraine and Russia. Most of the websites were outdated, but a particular one stood out. The only negative point was that it takes a long while to scroll, so we narrowed down the main fields – About, Advantages, Portfolio, and Clients. We took the gold color from the pre-existing logo and complimented it with red to draw attention to the buttons.
